In compliance with Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company had filed the disclosure on Related Party Transactions of the Company in XBRL mode on 30.05.2023 in which due to clerical error amount was shown in Rs. without level of rounding off in the Transaction sheet in-stead of Level of rounding to be used disclosing RTP in the General information about the company was in lakhs So we correcting the same figure in lakhs there is no change in the amount shown in the previous statement RTP filed on 30.05.2023 but correcting for lakhs in rounding off to match the General information sheet .
