Sub: Non-applicability of Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Ref: Company Code - 511377This is to inform you that as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBl (LODR) Regulations 2015 the compliance with the corporate governance provision as specified in Regulation 17 17 A 18 19 20 21 22 23 2424A 25 26 27 and clauses [b] to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and Para C D and E of Schedule V shall not apply in respect of the listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees Ten Crores and net worth not exceeding rupees Twenty Five Crores as on the last day of the previous financial year.The paid up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 500 Lacs and the Net worth of the Company is Rs. 1433.16 lacs as on 31st March 2023 which is below the limit as specified under SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015.Hence not required to submit the Related Party Transactions disclosures as required under regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
