This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday 30th May 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company commence at 12.00 P.M. and concluded at 4.30 P.M. inter-alia considered and approved the appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company.Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and in accordance with the provisions of Sections Section 138 of the Companies Act 2013the Board of directors has approved Re- appointment of M/S Poddar A. & Associates Chartered Accountants Mumbai as an Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24.
