Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and other applicable regulations if any we would like to inform that Mr. Jay Ramanbhai Morzaria Managing Director and Chairman / Chairperson of the Board of Director of the Company has vide letter dated May 31 2023 tendered his resignation from the position of the Chairman / Chairperson of the Board of Directors with effect from June 05 2023. Further he will be continuing as Managing Director of the Company.
