This is in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 13th May 2023 and 20th May 2023 in this regard We wish to inform you that the certified copy of Order of the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chennai Bench (NCLT) on reduction of capital has been filed with the Registrar of Companies Chennai on May 30 2023 upon which the Scheme has become effective.
