Regarding Non Applicability Of Related Party Transaction For The Quarter And Year Ended On 31St March2023.

This is to inform you that as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 provisions of Related Party Transactions (Regulation 23 of the SEBI LODR Regulations. 2015) shall not apply to listed entities having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty five crore as on the last day of the previous financial year. Paid up equity capital and net worth of AVI Polymers Limited as on 31/03/2022 was Rs. 40907000/- and Rs. 47079066/- respectively.Hence provisions of Regulation 23 are not applicable to our company and therefore we are not required to submit Related party Transaction Report in XBRL mode for the quarter and year ended on 31st March2023 under the Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015
