The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (with Audit Report of the Auditor) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023. The said financial result and the Auditor Report are attached herewith.2. We would like to state that Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Reports with an unmodified opinion on the above-mentioned audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31 2023.
