This is to inform you that the company has 247600 partly paid-up equity shares of face value ?10/-each on which the reminder cum forfeiture notice dated March 14th 2023 was sent to the such shareholders holding partly paid-up shares in which it was duly informed that in the event of failure to pay the final call money on or before the date specified therein the partly paid-up equity shares of the Company held by them shall be liable to be forfeited.Accordingly the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 30th 2023 has approved the forfeiture of such 247600 partly paid-up equity shares on which the final call money is not paid.This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended.
