We would like to inform that the Company has sent letters to shareholders of the Company holding shares in physical form at their registered address to furnish PAN KYC details and Nomination pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 03 2021 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16 2023. The shareholders are informed that if they do not update the details for their physical shareholdings the folios shall be frozen by the RTAs on October 1 2023. Thus the shareholders are advised to furnish the prescribed KYC documents/ details to the Registrar & Share Transfer agent viz. RCMC Share Registry Private Limited.The requisite forms enclosed in the letter are also made available on the website of the company at www.eesl.in as well as on the website of Registrar & Transfer Agent of the company i.e. RCMC Share Registry Private Limited at www.rcmcdelhi.com.
