With reference to your email dated 31st May 2023 regarding the submission of Initial Disclosure / Confirmation by Large Corporate as per Chapter XII of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10 2021 we humbly submit the following clarification:1.) The Company had made the submission vide BSE Acknowledgement Number 5396268 on 13th April 2023 at 02:04:28 p.m. While making the submission the Company had made an error of declaring the Company as a large corporate while selecting the option Yes / No. (Please refer page number 02).2.) Thereafter the Company has rectified the error by making a re-submission vide BSE Acknowledgement Number 5396290 on the same day 13th April 2023 at 02:19:27 p.m. (Please refer page number 04).
