Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Companys Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) LinkIntime India Private Limited on June 2 2023 we would like to inform that the Company has received a letter from Mr. Mukesh Rasiklal Mehta (Folio No. 0002065)-shareholder regarding loss of share certificate(s) with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu thereof. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent shall issue a Letter of Confirmation to the shareholder/rightful owner after completion of required formalities.
