CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19.11.2018 this is to inform you that the officer of the Company who was authorised to file the results of the Company in XBRL mode had some serious health issue which caused the delay in filing the Form. That officer was unable to handover the form to the other to file that form in time. We hereby seek your apology and assure you that this will not repeat again.You are requested not to initiate any adverse action against the Company.
