This is to inform that in order to rationalise the number of intermediate entities in the holding structure of the US operations the following reorganisation was carried out. The details are as under:i. Conversion of Tata Chemicals (Soda Ash) Partners from a partnership to a limited liability company (LLC) resulting in change of name to Tata Chemicals (Soda Ash) Partners LLCii. Merger of two intermediate holding entities i.e. TC (Soda Ash) Partners Holdings and TCSAP LLC into Tata Chemicals (Soda Ash) Partners LLC iii. Merger of an intermediate holding entity i.e. Valley Holdings Inc. into Tata Chemicals North America Inc.The above steps concluded on June 1 2023. These changes will result in simplification of the group holding structure without any change in the ultimate ownership of the Company over its US holding and operating subsidiaries.
