Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR)- Updates Intimation Of Listing Of Equity Share Capital Of The Company On National Stock Exchange Of India Limited (NSE)

In continuation to our earlier communications dated April 24 2023 and April 28 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and all other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with Schedule III to the Listing Regulations We wish to inform the Exchange that the Company has received an approval from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) for listing of Companys 112742690 Equity Shares on the Main Board of NSE vide letter No. NSE/LIST/118 dated February 02 2023. A copy of the said letter from NSE is enclosed herewith. Accordingly the Equity Shares of the Company will be traded on NSE as well with effect from the trading hours of Tuesday June 6 2023 and the designated symbol shall be HNDFDS.This information is submitted to you pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
