Standalone Results - Financial result is not signed by the chairperson or managing director or a whole time director or in the absence of all other authorized director. In this regard we hereby inform you that the financial result submitted to the Exchange on 30th May 2023 were duly signed by Mr. Sivaramakrishnan Director -Operations Executive Director of the Company and he is duly authorized by the Board to sign the financial results.
