Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and based on the intimation received from Link Intime India Private Limited Registrars and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) of the Company vide email dated June 8 2023 we would like to inform that the Company shall issue the Letter of Confirmation to the shareholders instead of duplicate share certificate.
