With the reference of above captioned subject we would like to inform you that we have submitted the outcome of Board Meeting on May 30 2023 due to Discrepancies in Financial Results by BSE Ltd on June 7 2023 that financial result was not signed by Chair Person/ Managing Director/ Whole Time Director. We hereby submit revised Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31 2023 with removing discrepancies. Its further states that there is no further change in financial Result except signing of Financial Results.
