With reference to the above captioned subject we would like to inform you that as per the Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the provisions of Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is not applicable to THOMAS SCOTT (INDIA) LIMITED the Company being the paid up equity share capital of the Company was below ten crore that is Rs. 63567000/- and the net worth of the Company was below twenty-five crore that is Rs. 143426000/- as on the last day of the previous Financial Year that is 31st March 2023.
