This is with reference to the submission made by the Company pertaining to the Audited Financial Results dated 30th May 2023 as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting. We would like to inform you that this has come into the knowledge of the Company that there was a formula/classification error in the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement due to which change in the amount in the cash flow that has occurred inadvertently. .<BR> <BR> There is no other change in the Results except Consolidated Cash Flow Statement of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March 2023.<BR> <BR> In-consideration of the above we are enclosing the Audited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities (Standalone and Consolidated) Cash Flow Statement(Standalone)and Revised rectified Cash Flow Statement(Consolidated) and Auditors Report (Standalone and Consolidated)thereon.<BR>
