Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that in accordance with the approval of the CoC in 11th meeting convened on May 26 2023 an application (IA/3127/ND/2023) filed under Section 12 read with Section 60(5) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code) before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Delhi Bench IV seeking extension of period of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Asian Hotels (West) Limited (Corporate Debtor) by 60 days beyond expiry of 270 days from insolvency commencement date i.e. 16 September 2022 for completion of CIRP of the Corporate Debtor has been allowed the Honble NCLT vide its order dated 07 June 2023. Thus the timeline for completion of CIRP has been extended till 12 August 2023 (from 13 June 2023) pursuant to Section 12 read with Section 60(5) of the Code.
