Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 19.06.2023 commenced at 10.00 AM and concluded at 10.45 AM at its registered office situated at 2nd Floor NH-II C- Block Naraiana Vihar New Delhi West Delhi DL 1100282 have appointed Mr. Devendra Kumar Singh as Manager of the Company to hold office for a period of 5 year. The appointment of Mr. Devendra Kumar Singh shall be subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 is enclosed herewith.
