The exchange is now informed that after the approval of the Board at the time of printing the final consolidated financial statements for the signature purposes due to an error in an excel formula of conversion ratio for foreign exchange got inadvertently changed and the resulting figures were printed and published incorrectly in Business Standard & Marathi Lakshadeep in their edition dated 30th May 2023.Further we are enclosing herewith the copies of the newspaper advertisement published both in English and Marathi in Business Standard & Marathi Lakshadeep respectively regarding publication of revised audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March2023 published today on 20th June 2023.
