This is with reference to the Audited Accounts and Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31 2021 submitted on BSE on May 15 2023.It has come to our notice that the Company has inadvertently uploaded the financial statements for the year ended March 31 2023 in an incorrect format and also missed to upload the Declaration for unmodified opinion along with the financials of the Company. Therefore we hereby attach both the above documents in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
