Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain close for all the Directors KMPs Designated Employees and Connected Persons covered under the Code from 1st July 2023 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023.The date of the Board meetings for considering and declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30 2023 will be intimated in due course.Accordingly all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Companys share during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
