Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Mr. Shrinivas Adi Venkata Naga Pilla Chief Financial Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company w.e.f. June 21 2023 (after the closure of business hours). Mr. Shrinivas Adi Venkata Naga Pilla will also cease to be a Key Managerial Person under the Provision of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and other applicable provision and Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulation for determining the Materiality of event or transaction for making required disclosure to the stock exchange. The requisite details as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with Schedule III thereof and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 are enclosed as Annexure I.
