This is to inform you that company has received Final Order No: WTM/AB/CFID/CFID-SEC1/24081/2022-23 dated FEBRUARY 23 2024 and SEBI has imposed penalties of Rs.2000000/- on the Company and Six Ex directors of the Company.SEBI has imposed penalties under Sections 11(1) 11(4) 11(4A) 11A 11B (1) and 11B(2) read with Sections 15HA and 15HB of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act 1992 read with Rule 5 of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules 1995 and Section 12A(1) and (2) read with Sections 23E and 23H of Securities Contracts (Regulations) Act 1956 read with Rule 5 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules 2005.
