This is to inform that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday July 1st 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited financial results to the Stock Exchange for the Quarter ending on 30th June 2023. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course.Accordingly the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.Please acknowledge the receipt of the same.
