Intimation of Closure of Trading WindowPursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and the Companys Code of Conduct framed under the said provisions the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Insiders (including Directors and Connected/ Designated Persons and their immediate relatives) from 01 July 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2023 (both days inclusive).The date of the Board meeting for declaration of financial results will be notified and uploaded on the websites of the Stock Exchange and the Company in due course.Accordingly all the Insiders (including Directors and Connected/ Designated Persons and their immediate relatives) under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
