We hereby inform that the financial creditors of the Company have filed applications under section 7 of the IBC Code 2016 alleging default amount of Rs. 443.95 Cr including outstanding principal loan availed by the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary for which the Company had issued Corporate Guarantee interest & default interest thereon. The Company will initiate necessary steps to defend the aforesaid proceedings.
