In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) read with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed on and from 1st July 2023 and the same will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023.
