Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. July 01 2023 to till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30 2023 for the Directors KMPs Promoters & Promoters Group Designated persons and their immediate relatives and also for those persons to whom the said code is not applicable but who are in possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (either accidently or otherwise) of the Company.
