Intimation Under Regulation-30 - Activation Of New ISIN Code - Reduction Of Share Capital

We wish to inform you that the Company has today i.e. June 28 2023 received the New ISIN activation letter from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The Depository has allotted New ISIN: INE611C01020 to the Company. Further please be informed that post reduction of share capital the allotted 1900000( Nineteen Lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten only) shares will take effect under the new ISIN of the Company.
