Pursuant to provisions of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2023. The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
