Pursuant to SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) regulation 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons (as defined in the code) w.e.f. Saturday July 1 2023 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023 to the stock exchange.
