Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 please find enclosed the copies of the notice published in the Financial Express (English) & Financial Express (Gujarati) editions today June 292023 in accordance with the IEPF Authority Rules2016requesting the concerned shareholders to lodge claims in respect of dividend for the year 2015-16 that are unclaimed for the last seven years failing which the said dividend and the shares underlying such dividend shall be liable to be transferred to IEPF.
