In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and Immediate relatives of Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited (the Company) shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate relatives(s) with effect from Saturday July 01 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2023.The date of the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company at which the aforesaid Financial Results are to be approved will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
