With reference to the circular by BSE vide circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-2020 we wish to inform you that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the company will be closed to all its Directors designated employees connected persons and their immediate relatives from 01st July 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declarations of the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
