We hereby inform you that pursuant to BSEs Circular dt. 2nd April 2019 and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI Regulations the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st July 2023 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 and shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 (Forty-eight) Hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results.
