We wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Co. shall remain closed from Saturday July 1 2023 for the consideration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2023 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said results. Accordingly all designated persons Directors promoters persons acting in concert. employees with their immediate relatives persons having contractual and fiduciary relation with the Co. including but not limited to auditors consultants law firms etc. advising or assisting the Co shall not involve in any transaction for dealing / trading in the securities of the Co. during the period when trading window is closed.
