This is to inform you that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) read with Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (the Code) the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company in any manner shall remain closed from Saturday 01st July 2023 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
