In accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate disclosure practices the trading window shall remain closed for the trading in securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2023.
