We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 1 2023 and the same would be opened after expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30 2023 to the BSE.
