In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE Limited vide its letter Ref no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 and as per Company Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Trading Window for trading in the Security of the Company will remain closed with effect from 1st July 2023 and shall be reopen after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter Ended 30th June 2023.
