The trading/dealing in securities of the company is already suspended by the stock exchange for violation of SEBI & Stock Exchange Regulation. The Company has paid BSE Claim Listing fees. contingent liability re-instatement fees and revocation fees in accordance with the approved resolution plan and the company is in the process of relisting its shares.
