As per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulation 2019 and pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading the Trading Restriction Period shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of financial Results.In the view of aforesaid it is hereby intimated that the Trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from the closure of trading hours on BSE on 30th June 2023(Friday) till 48 hours from the announcement of the Unaudited Financial results of the company to the stock exhnages for the quarter ending on 30th June 2023
