As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01.07.2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of financials for the period ended 30.06.2023 as per letter submitted herewith.
