In terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f 01st July 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
