We would like to inform you that pursuant to Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Conduct for practices and Procedures Fair Disclosure of Unpublished and Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Persons and other connected persons as defined in the aforesaid Code of Conducts and immediate relative thereof with effect from Saturday July 1 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for 1st Quarter ended on June 30 2023.
