In terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and pursuant to the Code of Insider Trading of the Company we wish to inform that the trading window will remain closed from 1st July 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
