Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and based on the intimation received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e. Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited we hereby inform you that the RTA has received a letter from Mr. John Pasco Carvalho for issuance of duplicate share certificate. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent shall issue Letter of Confirmation to the shareholder after completion of required formalities.
